Changes at the Belvoir Rug Company

Changes

We have decided to make some changes at the Belvoir Rug Company , and want to share these changes with our followers and customers.

From the 1st of March we will now only supply our Belvoir Rug Company products Directly to our Customers. In October and November 2019 we conducted some research on Facebook with some of our customers. This is something we try to do every year. If you were one of the people we reached out to we thank you for your help and support.

Having considered everything, we have decided to change our retail model. From the 1st March we will solely sell our products online, at events and at certain shows. We may still manage some partnerships with retailers that are authorised to sell our products on an occasional commercial basis.

As a customer you will see immediate differences. We will be reducing our retail prices by between 15 and 20%. Our range will be extending over the next 2 months, and will offer a wider selection of products and colours. We will be offering ‘special limited edition’ products, and will be having regular promotions on certain products. Our presence at shows and events will continue, and we will have regular updates about shows and events we will be attending. We will have a wider choice of products at the events and shows and also some promotional prices on some products.

As a brand, we understand the importance of our customers, and we want to be able to reward you for being a loyal customers. We are always at the end of our Social Media channels and will be there to help, advise and support you as need it. We thank you for your support.
